WHO IS ARAS&CO.?
Based in the Lowcountry of Charleston, South Carolina, Aras&Co. is made up of 26 years of sales, marketing and technology expertise. The name isn’t just a title - it’s a promise.
"Aras" is rooted in the idea of treating something as your own — to care deeply, take responsibility, and show up with intention. That’s how we approach every client, every project, and every person we work with. Whether it's helping companies scale through sales, marketing and operations or coaching individuals toward their goals, our work is grounded in ownership, partnership, and purpose.
But there's another layer that ties directly to the heart of what we do.
In Irish Gaelic, “Áras” means building or residence — a place where people live, grow, and gather. That meaning resonates deeply with our mission to support the new home industry through builders, proptech companies, and the organizations that create the communities we call home.

About Sara Williams
Sara Williams is the proud middle child of seven (yes, seven -five girls and two boys!) and grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She met her husband, Jason, in college in western Pennsylvania, and a few years after graduation, they planted roots in Pittsburgh to start their life together.
Married for 18 years, Sara & Jason are raising three wonderful children, ranging in age from 16 to 5. (And yes, the youngest two are only 10 months apart - there’s a great story there.) For the past 12 years, they’ve called Charleston, SC home.
Sara’s work ethic kicked in early - her first “almost real” job was answering phones after hours at her local Catholic church’s rectory at the age of 14. From there, she hustled her way through roles in food and beverage, summer camps, market research, sports marketing, and eventually managing a fitness facility - before discovering her passion in real estate in the early 2000s.
She began her real estate career selling and marketing new construction homes, where she helped launch her builder’s first online sales division. That momentum led to a big move: being recruited to Charleston to lead marketing for a growing home builder emerging from the recession.
From there, Sara’s journey took her deep into proptech - selling CRMs, digital mapping tools, visualizations, mobile apps, online home-buying processes, and real estate marketplaces. Most recently, she served as Chief Revenue Officer for a fast-scaling proptech company offering seven distinct products, from land banking to resident engagement platforms.
Now, Sara is ready to take all of that experience, insight, and her extensive industry network - and use it to help you and your team succeed.
